Arlington based mortgage company is now hiring additional loan officers. We are a full service boutique style mortgage company offering FHA, USDA, VA, TexVet, and Conventional loans.

Compensation: Texas Mortgage Concepts sets out generous pay structure. We pay our employees W2 versus other companies that pay 1099.

Benefits: You will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package as detailed in the benefits enrollment materials.

Minimum Requirements:

Licensing: Hold a license in good standing with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.

Production: A minimum of 2 closed loans per calendar month

Education: (a) Meet if not exceed state continuing education requirements administrated by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending; (b) 2 hours of ethics training each calendar year*; (c) 3 hours of FHA training each calendar year*;

Membership: Member in good standing with the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers. For more information on joining TAMB, please check with our office.

Designation: Successfully met the requirement of Lending Integrity and fully qualified and authorized to display the seal. For more information on Lending Integrity, please visit www.lendingintegrity.org.  Additional NAMB designations a plus.

Loan Programs: We have established lending relationships with who believe to be the best lenders available. As a Licensed Loan Officer with TMC you can either broker your loans or use our correspondent/warehouse line. At this time, we offer FHA, Conventional, USDA, VA, Commercial and subprime have the following loan products available. Of course, these products are market dependent and are subject to change at any time.

At the same time, your attendance in programs held by the company and through the Central Texas Chapter of the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers will help build the foundation as well as continuing to grow your knowledge base to ensure your continued success as a successful Licensed Loan Officer.
